This is a house located in the urbanization Torre Conill Bétera (Valencia). The house has four levels, the last two of which are affected by the intersection of the sloping roof to a uniform water, and simultaneously creating spaces for double and triple height.
Windmill´s mission was to design an optimal solution that fits with the aesthetics of the house, which consists of a series of pillars and a concrete enclosure that solves the overhangs and double living spaces.
It was notably difficult to generate the attractive volume of the house which consists of almost 5 meters of overhang over the swimming pool and at the entrance of the house, and to formalize the sloping roof which consists of a slab and a set of ribs covering double and triple height rooms, both outdoors and indoors.
