The property, situated in the municipality of Roda de Bera, is organized into two above ground floors with a total area of ??200 m2. The perimeter of the house, includes a set of incoming and outgoing volumes which provides for a broken shape defining different levels of light and shadow, and being the most characteristic feature of the project. This approach causes the volume of the first floor to be cantilevered.

Windmill's mission has been to provide a coherent structural solution, adapting to the architecture of the house. In this case we have opted for unidirectional forged girders and beams on bearing walls and pillars. While the most prominent part of the house, its cantilever of nearly 3 m long on the first floor, is solved by several edged beams.

Note the formation of a double height room inside the house, which has required the placing of a tying system on the first floor, because the architecture prevented the natural decline of the loads to the foundation.
