Technical assistance to the management in order to implement some changes in the structure relative to the corresponding full renovation of a building belonging to the Tarragona Provincial Council. The proposed changes are:

- Review of foundation elements and containment.
- Extension of the roofs due to the purchase of a small adjacent plot.
- Change of steel pillars to concrete pillars.

Document and justify the changes to those proposed in the original design for the structure drafted in 2010. Additionally, technically assist the management with the corresponding construction.

Surveys in the plot found a high presence of mines with different manholes which conditioned the position of the support elements and, consequently, of the foundation elements.
